Service Agreement

BD Clean LLC shall be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of your business.

To protect both parties, all services are covered by General Liability Insurance, Workmen’s Compensation and all employees are bonded. A certificate of insurance will be provided.

BD Clean LLC shall provide it’s own cleaning supplies, materials and equipment.  This contract does not include expendable products such as hand soap, paper products, liners, light bulbs, etc.
